Warsaw, Indiana, offers a high quality of life with plenty of employment opportunities, affordable living, and recreational activities, making it a great place to live.

Warsaw is known as the "Orthopedic Capital of the World" and is home to several major orthopedic companies, such as Zimmer Biomet and DePuy Synthes. A recent Kosciusko County Economic Development Corporation study found that the demand for housing in Warsaw and the surrounding area is high. There is a need for additional housing options in Warsaw, Indiana, to meet the needs of the growing population and support the area's economic growth,

Raccoon Run Ribbon Cutting

Oakmont Development broke ground on a much anticipated new housing addition in the fall of 2021. The first of three phases of the new Winona Lake neighborhood, Raccoon Run, held its ribbon cutting on November 2nd, 2022. Raccoon Run is located off Pierceton Road near Stonehenge Golf Course, and the community construction is set to be finished by 2030.

With 80 homes and at least 52 villas, Raccoon Run will provide Winona Lake with much-needed new housing, a great benefit to this steadily expanding area with many companies seeking to attract new employees.

Racoon Run offers a stunning setting, with golf course views and spacious lots in Warsaw Community Schools, and Warsaw's Winona Lake Recreational Greenway will eventually be extended to Raccoon Run.
