Mike Thomas
Co-Owner
Mike launched his real estate career in the early 70’s and created a full-service real estate company named Mike Thomas Associates (MTA). MTA has grown to over 100 agents being led by his daughter, Jennifer Callison, since 2012. As Mike Thomas Associates established themselves to be known as a premier real estate company, Mike began to focus on land development. In the 80’s Mike partnered and developed his first residential neighborhood that led to a multigenerational company known as Oakmont Development. Working alongside his son, Jeff, they have developed over 10,000 lots since 1990.

Jeff Thomas
Co-Owner
Jeff joined the land development business in 1990 and has originated dozens of subdivisions throughout Northeast Indiana. Jeff manages the entire planning process from concept to completion, working closely with city leaders, contractors and builders to create affordable and beautifully designed communities for residents to call home. Jeff has facilitated the residential expansion of Oakmont Development and added a focus of commercial development since 2010. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Finance and Marketing from Butler University. When Jeff is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors.
About
AJ Thomas
AJ joined the Oakmont Development team in 2021 as a third-generation real estate developer. He supports the planning and execution process of field work throughout the various stages of development. AJ manages quality relationships with our contractors to help streamline the Oakmont process with a primary goal of implementing the family oriented core values and ensure they are maintained for generations to come. AJ earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management and Business Administration from Liberty University. In his free time, AJ enjoys participating in various soccer leagues and working out with friends.

Austin Glenn
Austin entered the real estate industry in 2013 with a primary focus on land development since 2015. She manages and executes all operational and financial aspects of the development company. As the land is developed and lots are sold, Austin also oversees the HOA formation and implementation until the development is complete. Austin earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University majoring in Psychology and Sociology. In her spare time out of the office, she can be found chauffeuring her four kids around or catching a Boston sports team event with her husband.
